The Philadelphia Housing Authority(PHA) created a brochure to inform housing voucher recipients on how to find subsidized housing that aligns with the rules of the program. The brochure is lengthy and content-heavy, and TWC was tasked with testing and revising the brochure.
The image on the left was the original slide provided by the client. Results from the eye-tracking study showed that 70% of participants were confused about this slide, and did not comprehend the content. After revising the slide to the image on the right, only 10% of participants had issues with comprehension.
